The XGN-12 box-type fixed metal-enclosed switchgear (referred to as switchgear) is designed according to the national standard GB3906 and conforms to the International Electrotechnical Commission IEC298 standard. It features a "five protection" locking function. This product is suitable for three-phase AC systems with a rated voltage of 3.6-12kV, a rated current of 630-3150A, and is used with a single busbar or a single busbar with bypass system for receiving and distributing electrical power. It meets the requirements for various types of power plants, substations, and industrial enterprises.

The switchgear supports functions such as overhead incoming and outgoing lines, cable entries and exits, and busbar connections. It is mainly used in power plants, substations, petrochemical industries, metallurgical rolling mills, light industry and textiles, industrial enterprises, residential communities, and high-rise buildings. Major components include high-voltage isolating switches and grounding switches, high-voltage load switches, high-voltage automatic reclosers and sectionalizers, high-voltage operating mechanisms, high-voltage explosion-proof distribution devices, and high-voltage switchgear.

Features

The switchgear is a metal-enclosed box structure. The interior is divided into compartments for circuit breakers, busbars, cables, and relays, separated by steel plates.            The circuit breaker compartment is located at the bottom of the cabinet and is equipped with a pressure release channel. The busbar compartment is located at the upper rear of the cabinet, with busbars arranged in a busbar form. The cable compartment is located at the lower rear of the cabinet, with monitoring devices available for the insulating components inside. The relay compartment is located at the upper front of the cabinet, equipped with a relay mounting board, and indicator and signal components can be installed on the door. The top can also accommodate secondary small busbars.            The switchgear supports maintenance from both sides. The circuit breaker and cable compartments are equipped with lighting. A grounding copper busbar parallel to the width of the cabinet is provided at the bottom of the front door.            Main Technical Parameters
