The MNS cabinet is a high-quality product that has been improved and optimized through years of manufacturing experience and practical field conditions. It features a modular design with excellent personnel and equipment safety protection, reliability, flexibility, ease of maintenance and operation, and strong scalability. It is mainly used for AC low-voltage distribution and motor control, suitable for power plants, data centers, petrochemical industries, metallurgy, and high-rise buildings.

Structural Features

The MNS low-voltage switchgear frame is of a modular structure, with the basic skeleton assembled from C-shaped steel. All structural components of the cabinet frame are galvanized.            


Each cabinet of the MNS modular low-voltage switchgear is divided into three compartments: the horizontal busbar compartment (at the rear of the cabinet), the drawer compartment (at the front of the cabinet), and the cable compartment (at the bottom or the right side of the cabinet). Compartments are separated by steel plates or high-strength flame-retardant plastic functional panels. There are metal plates with ventilation holes between upper and lower drawers to effectively prevent accidents caused by arc flashes or short circuits due to switchgear failures or busbars.            


The structural design of the MNS low-voltage switchgear meets various incoming and outgoing line requirements: top-in top-out, top-in bottom-out, bottom-in top-out, and bottom-in bottom-out.            


The components are highly interchangeable and flexible, using a 25mm modular system, allowing the structure and withdrawable units to be combined as needed to meet system design requirements.            


Busbars are protected by high-strength flame-retardant plastic functional panels with arc fault resistance, ensuring safe and reliable operation and maintenance.            


The mechanical interlocking mechanisms for various sizes of drawers comply with standard regulations, with three distinct positions: connection, testing, and separation, ensuring safety and reliability.            


Standard module design: can be assembled into standard units for protection, operation, conversion, control, adjustment, measurement, and indication as required.            


Uses high-strength flame-retardant engineering plastics to enhance safety performance.
